In this modern world everyone is conscious to use such diet which fulfills all his body requirements to save him to become sick or fat. Experts conclude that there is a definite relationship between the height and weight of a person. For example according to one formula Ideal Body Weight (IBW) should be equal to as Weight in kilogram= height in centimeters – 100 For another expert Weight of a person in kilogram is as 50+2.3*(height in inch more than 60) =50+2.3*4=59.2 kilogram

Bell’s Palsy (Eye Diseases)
Bell's palsy is a weakness or paralysis of the facial nerve known as the seventh cranial nerve. This nerve works with facial movements and is very specific for the closure of eyelids. Bell’s palsy is a rare disease. Bell's palsy usually occurs suddenly, affecting the greater part of one side of the face. The cause is unknown, but the condition has been associated with certain viruses. Statistical data shows that Bell's palsy affects about one person out of 60 or 70.

HIVES RASH
In medical terminology hives is usually spoken as urticaria as hive is a symptom of urticaria. Most people do not develop one hive when they have urticaria, hence the name hives.Hives are a kind of skin rash notable for dark red, raised, itchy bumps. Hives are most often caused by allergic reactions but there are many other causes too. For example, most cases of hives lasting less than six weeks (acute hives) are the result of an allergic trigger.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE HEALTH
Substance abuse has come to refer to the overindulgence in and dependence of a drug or other chemical leading to effects that are very harmful to the individual's physical and mental health. Substance abuse repeated use of alcohol, drugs, or both, even though this use causes unpleasant or distressing events in the user’s life. Substance abuse has interfered with the person's ability to meet his or her obligations at home, school, or work.

SINUS INFECTION
Generally speaking a sinus infection is inflammation or swelling of your sinuses. Normally, your sinuses are filled with air. When the sinuses become blocked and filled with fluid, bacteria can grow there and cause sinus infection. This infection is called sinus infection.
