As for as nutrition is concerned we know that diet is the sum of all constituents of food which has been consumed by a person or other organism. Vitamins and Minerals: These are necessary, however they are referred to as micronutrients as needed in very small amount compared with other elements.
Increase your consumption of raw produce: The healthiest fruits and veggies are those that have been grown organically without the use of insecticides, herbicides, fertilizer (artificial). Also look of those fruits and veggies which are at the peak of ripeness. These contain more vitamins and enzymes.
